And That's The Way It Is

I realized last weekend that I had close to 40 pounds of flour in the kitchen. That's a lot. So I put the Eat at Joe's! bread-baking operation at full steam ahead. I thought you might be interested in a few pictures. (Hey, don't laugh: it used to be like this.)
