If you're like me, you've got a stand mixer sitting out on the counter, with the bowl full of attachments, clean and ready to go. And if you're like me, you've never bought any of (say) KitchenAid's bowl covers. So you go to use the mixer, and the once clean bowl has something splashed in it, or is full of dust, or worse.
So cover it: the next time the bowl is clean and dry, cover the top with a piece of plastic wrap. When you go to use it, take the plastic off, and there's your nice clean bowl.
but then it doesnt look as pretty! ;)
tip also...spray that dough hook good with Pam! like a dream! even with gobs of whole grains in the mix!

TSQ75: Yeah, you're right. But it looks better when it doesn't have airborne junk in it too. :) So when you go to cook with it, take the plastic off, and spend a minute admiring the beauty of the clean bowl. Then start cooking and trash the thing. :)
