Boy, I am totally clueless. Despite the fact that the first article was published by a British organization, I had to re-read it before realizing that the writer was flying from Britain, which is why she spent *only* £80 of her £200 budget on airfare. Duh. Criminy -- flying to Britain from the US wouldn't even leave me with enough money to drunkenly throw up at the end of my txikiteo. :)
