Durham Brewpub?

Kevin over at BCR reports that the Trinity Park Neighborhood Association heard a presentation by Sean Wilson (president of NC Pop The Cap) on the possibility of opening a brewpub in a church building that's been for sale near the southeast corner of Trinity Park.  Woot!
