Never heard of this, but it sounds GOOOOD. If I wasn't so terrified of making bread (a process that has never once worked out for me), I'd love to try this when I get back to the states and get my KitchenAide back from my friend who I'm sure is enjoying the hell out of it right now. I just wish that they had a picture of the "Dead Bread" looks like when finished!

Jack, I thought you made bread all the time? Try again with something that doesn't have a lot of additions, like white or French. Those are more fun to knead anyway because they don't have so much crap getting in the way of the kneading.
