Fowler's Closed for Remodeling

According to a sign on their door, Fowler's is closed until the 14th for remodeling.  The phone message says they're only closed the first part of this week, but they have a new sign on their door with the new opening date.

actually, there was a sign on the door just the other day that said "fowler's is closed... forever."

That's one of the reasons I posted this: I keep hearing rumors that they're closed for good. There was no warning they were going to close, and it's an odd time to do so. So I'm trying to gather information. What door did you see the sign on, and when? I'll go see if it's still there.

i am still in denial. but i'm pretty sure it's The End for Fowler's.

I think I'm going to hit up Blue Coffee downtown now. :(
