Cow squeezings: something normally squeezed out of a cow; milk and its immediate fractions: cream, butter, half-and-half, &c. Cheese is not a cow squeezing, but is made of them. Meat is not a cow squeezing, even if your black dairy cow gets out on the road at night and gets hit by a car. Given the way most commercial dairying is done, cow squeezings might be more aptly described as cow suckings. But given the way most commercial dairying is done, the cow is not much better off after a few years than the aforementioned road obstacle.
