An article in the WSJ about an interesting DST study in Indiana:
I think there was another study I heard about when we went through the last round of DST changes that also confirmed we don't save energy with it. Anyway, my opinion is that noon is when the sun is highest in the sky. Let's leave it as close as we can to that, ok?
BTW, the change is tomorrow. Set your clocks forward an hour tonight, lose an hour of sleep, and increase your likelihood of getting in a car accident tomorrow (yes, really). :(
