An article in the WSJ about an interesting DST study in Indiana:
I think there was another study I heard about when we went through the last round of DST changes that also confirmed we don't save energy with it. Anyway, my opinion is that noon is when the sun is highest in the sky. Let's leave it as close as we can to that, ok?
BTW, the change is tomorrow. Set your clocks forward an hour tonight, lose an hour of sleep, and increase your likelihood of getting in a car accident tomorrow (yes, really). :(



i seem to remember reading something in the last couple of days that stated that there is a spike in heart attacks on the day after we change the clocks. . . that lost hour of sleep apparently bumps some people from the "likely to suffer a heart attack" to "heart attack victim"
