I actually have looked at many of those agreements and documents (and yes, I actually read most of the ones for my mortgage). I tend not to read them too much because they really piss me off. Since I don't really feel like I can do without a computer, I may accept EULA without reading. Anything that annoying or convoluted that I don't need (like Facebook), I just do without.
